Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital goods, including ebooks, guides, playbooks, downloadable files, online materials, and instant-access content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests once an order has been placed.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and that access may be delivered instantly or electronically through email, download link, customer account access, or another digital fulfillment method.

Due to the nature of digital products, once the product has been delivered or access has been provided, the order cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund.

If you experience an issue accessing your digital product, please contact us at jamesefreeman@gmail.com and we will help resend access or resolve the issue.

Refunds will only be considered in limited cases where required by law or if a duplicate accidental purchase was made and the digital product was not accessed, downloaded, or used.
